As our project coordinator, Sherrell juggles many responsibilities, including overseeing preconstruction, project management, and project start-up across all our sites. Sherrell is a great motivator and plays a key role helping the team achieve project goals.

Ken started his career in the City of London, UK, and worked on various iconic skyscrapers and luxury residential buildings while developing his project management skills.

Highly motivated and extremely positive, Ken oversees his projects, including budgeting, coordination, and scheduling, with a hands-on approach.

Louis is a qualified civil engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in various construction fields including structural, civil, water reticulation and high-end luxury homes and renovations. With strong leadership skills and an exceptional eye for detail, Louis oversees and runs point on several of our projects.

Harry is responsible for overseeing the overall construction, quality, and workforce of his site. Now specializing in custom homes, Harry began his career in the building industry 45 years ago.

Joe has been in the construction industry for over 34 years. His primary responsibilities include project supervision, overseeing subcontractors, managing the project schedule and ensuring quality control. Joe takes pride in ensuring a site runs smoothly and producing high quality finishes.

Passionate about the construction industry, Walter enjoys the continuous learning and day-to-day variety of his role at Alti. His primary responsibilities include project oversight, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.

With a degree in architecture, a diploma course in interior design and excellent knowledge of 3D drawing programs, Mitchelle is a great asset to the company. Mitchelle supports many of our sites with progress reports, updates, and design work.

With a Bachelor of Technology degree in Public Relations Management and over 10 years in the industry, Jo-Ann has gained invaluable experience working across various luxury, lifestyle, property, and décor brands at some of the best South African-based PR agencies.
